2024 Recap
Everything I do feels like it’s straight out of a science-fiction novel!
This was a significant year for me, painful lows and pure bliss. My focus has sharpened: to transform our inner worlds and inject the new web with wholesome energy.
Here’s my 2024 recap and an invitation for you to join me in 2025:

Dayvan is born: a studio for workshops, speculative fiction, and inventions
Creating Cyber Somatics: my original well-being practice for our digital age
Analysing internet infrastructure through culture: blockchain, crypto, Web3, AI, and agents
Reimagining travel, work, and life: visiting intentional co-living spaces

2024 Highlights:
Dayvan is born: a studio where I transform research and imagination into actionable insights and tools, like Cyber Somatics
Introduced Aesthetic Realms: published my first Gitcoin grant for a tool blending wellness, privacy, and UX. (While donations were minimal, there was maximum upside being exposed to incredible people, including the founder of the Centre for Collaborative Economics)
Hosted Cyber Somatics workshops: sharing this new practice at the Web3 Summit and within communities (advice on trademarking welcome)
Recorded a new series, Telerealms: spotlighting creative minds across Web3, with an arts-and-crafts twist. Launching 2025 (I’m looking for sponsors)
Summer in Portugal: joined incredible IRL communities like Traditional Dream Factory and The Garden, living with pioneers in wellness, crypto, AI, sustainable living, and somatic healing
Pivoted to focus on Dayvan: after working with 0xSide.Quest on DeFi and mechanism design for security networks, I decided to go all-in on my own quest
Pineapple Hive DAO: our privacy collective has incredibly talented people, guiding protocols to avoid privacy-washing (reach out if you need help; privacy matters more than ever as AI grows)
Explored TON (The Open Network): launched an NFT collection, dabbled in memecoins, and tested TON’s accessibility (NFTs aren’t a cash cow for me, but they’re great for experimentation, and gifting)
Expanded my network: it’s insane just how many brilliant people make their way into my life, all solving the problems that matter. And most importantly, people developing strong self awareness
Reflections:
I’m coming to terms with the fact that I’m carving an unusual path—I feel like a little alien. But I’m so deeply nourished and satisfied; growing a solid core. I’ve worked hard to understand my behavioural patterns and act in alignment.
I’m driven by a deep love for technology and people who build, beyond what any status or money could bring.
With more voices entering these industries, I realise how much my clarity and perspective matters.
2025 is about stepping up and fully owning this.
